The rules for using NyayaMitra, Astro Mitra, PriveSecure Certify, and our enterprise products. By using any Prive Secure product, you agree to these terms.
These terms apply to every Prive Secure product unless a separately executed agreement, such as an enterprise order form or MSA, says otherwise for that customer.
NyayaMitra accounts are created with a phone number and OTP. You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Free plans are available on NyayaMitra. Paid upgrades are processed through Razorpay. KaaryaSatya Verify is billed per successful check at the rate quoted at the time of your order.
Do not use our products to break the law, to abuse or overload our systems, or to reverse engineer or resell access without our written permission.
NyayaMitra provides AI-generated legal information to help you understand your situation. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed advocate and does not create an advocate-client relationship. For anything with real legal consequences, consult a qualified lawyer, or contact the DLSA helpline at 15100.
Prive Secure and its products, logos and content are our property or licensed to us. Using our products does not transfer any of that ownership to you.
AICP, KaaryaSatya Verify, NyayaMitra for Business and the PriveSecure Platform are typically governed by a separately executed order form or master service agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that customer where the two conflict.
Our products are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Prive Secure is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
You may stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
We will update the date at the top when these change. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bangalore, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
